Porsche has decided to return to the Auto Show in Detroit, after a long break. The Germans have promised to introduce in January a new concept – it will be a continuation of a hybrid 918 Spyder, which caused a sensation at the March show in Geneva.
In Geneva concept was convertible, in Detroit, Porsche will be a closed coupe, which will get very aggressive design, reports the magazine AutoZeitung. The new concept will with other power machinery. The porsche 918 Spyder had a 3.4-liter V8, which worked in tandem with two electric motors, the coupe (maybe it will be called the Porsche 928) can already get a 4.8-liter “eight” with a twin-turbocharged, which will work with up to three motors. The total capacity of new power plant could be as high as 700 hp!
